By using EchoDare, you agree to these terms. EchoDare is an entertainment game. Similarity scores are playful estimates, not professional measurements, identity verification, medical advice, or voice analysis.
Your takes and share videos
You keep ownership of the recordings and other content you create. When you choose Share My Take, you give EchoDare a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and stream the resulting share video only as needed to operate the challenge for its retention period. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backup copies.
You must have the right and permission to record and share every voice or other sound included in your take. Do not upload another person's voice without their permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use EchoDare to share illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, privacy-invasive, infringing, or deceptive content. Do not impersonate another person, expose private information, misuse challenge links, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or extract and redistribute official sounds as a standalone library.
Challenge links and reports
A valid challenge link can be opened by anyone who receives it. You are responsible for choosing recipients and for any further sharing by those recipients. We may disable access to or remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or another person's rights.
To report content or request removal, email support@echodare.app with the challenge link. Do not attach the original recording.
Availability and expiration
Challenges expire seven days after creation and may become unavailable earlier because of removal, maintenance, abuse prevention, or technical failure. Features may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

EchoDare is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for using the service safely and lawfully.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version.
